After an evaluation, your student will be placed in the course that the trainers feel that she should be in. If she just wants to learn basic moves and get in shape, she will probably be in a very general class. If she is focusing on making the cheer leading team, she will be learning dance moves and cheer stances.

Many schools will offer open gym during weekends and holiday hours. Students can pay a minimal fee and come in with friends or family members to practice. This casual atmosphere can be very relaxing and casual and may be very instrumental in reducing stress or pressures from regular coursework.

The initial evaluation upon registration will tell you exactly where your child stands and what type of courses she should pursue. If she is exceptionally agile and athletic, she may move up the ranks rather quickly.
