Top Nine Best Obstacle Course Races

You love to do some outdoor activities where you will enable yourself to practice your speed and the ability to think fast so you can withstand and prevent from being outrun or hit by the best obstacle course races. Most socially when this is one kind of the military combined. Wherein the challenger has to lift weights like how the military people do before they can pass the course.

There is also this muddy obstacle that you can include. This is going to test all the competitors in wading through the mud as fast as they could, and with the lower number of falling to the mulch. Or it will just affect their progress as they will cause themselves to slide to the mulchy ground.

You may as well bring some backpack and put a lot of weight in it. And have therm carried by your challengers all the way from the first kilometer to the fifth. This is perfect so the stamina of these people will be tested. You can put anything that you want. Iron bars, stones, or whatever you like.

For a little spice of this game, you can hire the actors to play undead while the players are running for their lives not to get bitten. Some people, especially the girls, will just shout out of second nature. This will give them creeps that will let the adrenaline rush through them to let them run with speed.

The spartan obstacle can also be included. Wherein you will let someone guard the vicinity where they will hit anyone who attempt to rush past them. However, the object that shall be used in hitting them has to be made out of cotton or soft materials. Or it will leave a bruise on their forehead or wherever part hit.

And also, you may need a pathway to be filled with kerosene or any slimy liquid that will make running too impossible to do. All for the reason that they will slide to the surface no matter how much they try with all their might to move pass there. Though some of them could make it.

If you are up for some muscles to get strained, then there is the net climbing. All participants have to climb through the net that is going to swing to and fro especially when there are contenders who will try with all their might to climb it. This will pull the muscles but this is exciting.

You may also need to add a little more military in here. This is going to be the time where they will be stalled because of the barb wires are installed in a two meter low ground. One has to crawl and not get hit by the wire that could cut his own skin. And he has to crawl through the mud

There is also the warrior dash that is designed to pull your muscles. This is the time in best obstacle course races where you have to beat the other competitions through the speedy movement that you have acquired. You have to move your legs fast so you can make it to finish line as the first. The problem with this, is you will need to outrun other who runs in a flash.
